Dear Ms. Borgen:
This is a formal request to be a pilot for waiver of non-resident tuition.
We would like to begin this pilot Fall Semester 2002. It is our hope that this will aid us in the retention of our non-resident students (especially those living in the college apartments).
We will study the data derived from this pilot to determine if the increase in retention offsets our loss revenue. In addition, we would hope to attract more out-of-state students.
